Anti-bribery
We are committed to the prevention, deterrence and detection of bribery and corruption and take the risks of such activity very seriously. Although we believe that the risk to us is minimal, we have taken a number of steps to guard against the possibility of bribery and corruption, taking into account the Bribery Act 2010 and guidance from the Ministry of Justice. This includes the implementation of a comprehensive anti-bribery policy which all directors, employees, agents and service providers are expected to act in accordance with.
We will actively investigate all suspected breaches of our anti-bribery policy and, where appropriate, invoke disciplinary action. All suppliers, contractors and service providers of Greymoores are notified by letter or email of the existence of our policy and the firm’s expectations that services will be carried out in compliance with the Bribery Act 2010. Further checks and specific anti-bribery obligations are imposed on any suppliers who are considered to represent a material risk. We hold regular training sessions to ensure all our directors and staff are aware of our anti-bribery policy and of their obligations under the Bribery Act 2010.
